What we keep

Complaints sent by an AI assistant

If your assistant files a complaint for you (through our MCP server or API), we keep the same things, plus the name the assistant gave itself and a hash of the key it uses to check the status. We email you the text it wrote; nothing is counted until you confirm. What your assistant's own service does with your words is up to that service.

Photos, videos and documents

Photos you add on this site are converted in your browser before upload, which removes location and camera data. On our side we also strip that data from JPEG and PNG photos, including ones an assistant sends. Other photo formats (HEIC, WebP), videos and PDFs are stored as sent and may contain location or author data. Only you and our moderators can see them, and they are never shown on a public page. If your assistant sends a link, we download the file from it once.

If you speak instead of typing

When you tap the microphone, your recording goes to a speech-to-text model (OpenAI's Whisper, run by Cloudflare Workers AI), and the text comes back into the box for you to check. We don't keep the recording, and it isn't logged.

Who else sees it

Visits

We count visits with our own first-party analytics (pages viewed, rough device type, country). No third-party trackers.

Your rights

Sign in to My complaints to see everything you sent, and delete all of it, including your email address, with one button. You can also write to contact@qomplain.com to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, or to object. You can complain to your data protection authority; in Portugal that is the CNPD.

Sensitive matters

Complaints about immigration, health or other sensitive matters are kept private, used only to group them with others and to build anonymous patterns, and deleted when you ask.

Feedback form

The feedback form keeps your message, the page you sent it from, your rough device type, and your email only if you give one.
