How it works
qomplain turns complaints into fixes. One complaint is easy to ignore. Three hundred people describing the same problem, with dates and evidence, are much harder to ignore.
What happens to your complaint
- You write what went wrong, in any language, and can add photos or videos.
- An AI model writes it in plain words and removes personal details: names, phone numbers, order numbers. You check it before it is sent.
- You confirm with your email, so each person counts once.
- We match it with others who have the same problem. Together, they form an issue.
- When at least 5 people report the same issue and a moderator has checked it, the issue gets a public page. It says what people report, what helps now and who can fix it, never anyone's own words or names.
- We send the evidence to the organisation that can fix it, and publish their reply in full.
- When the organisation says it is fixed, we ask the people who reported it. They decide when it is resolved.
How we write issue pages
Public text is written from at least five complaints and approved by a person. It describes patterns ("many people say the card never arrived"), not individual stories. Issues are about organisations and processes, never about individual people, staff included. We don't rank companies or use shaming language.
Who runs it
qomplain is an independent project run from Portugal. It is new: for now, a person reads every new issue. Write to contact@qomplain.com for anything, including corrections, removal requests and organisations that want to reply.
For organisations
If an issue is about your organisation, write to contact@qomplain.com from an address at your organisation's domain. Your reply is published in full, unedited, with its date. You never see individual complaints or who sent them.
