# qomplain > qomplain turns complaints into fixes. People report problems with organisations (public services, companies) in any language. An AI removes personal details, the same problem from many people becomes one issue, each issue lists practical help, and qomplain takes the evidence to whoever can fix it and follows it until the people who reported it say it is fixed. ## For AI assistants - MCP server (streamable HTTP, no auth): https://qomplain.com/mcp Tools: search_issues, get_issue, file_complaint, add_attachments, complaint_status. - HTTP API (no key): https://qomplain.com/openapi.json GET /api/v1/issues?q=&organisation=, GET /api/v1/issues/{slug}, POST /api/v1/complaints, POST /api/v1/complaints/{id}/attachments, GET /api/v1/complaints/{id} (Authorization: Bearer ). - Attach photos, videos or PDFs: {"url": ...} or {"data_base64": ..., "filename": ...} items, or a multipart upload.
